IMANI Africa President, Franklin Cudjoe, has urged Ghanaians to vote against the National Democratic Congress (NDC) if its Members of Parliament participate in the recall of Parliament to consider 17 bills in just two days.
In a social media post, Cudjoe criticized the situation, stating that a functional Parliament should not rush to address numerous bills under such tight timelines.
He warned that minority MPs supporting the recall would signal they might perform worse than the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
Meanwhile, NDC National Chairman, Sam Nartey George, has advised party MPs to prioritize campaigning in their constituencies over attending Parliament.
Speaking on TV3, he reaffirmed the Minority's decision to abstain from the recall, focusing instead on securing victory in the 2024 elections.
